Lateralization of the Vocal Fold: Results of an Exclusive Transoral Approach

Objective Vocal fold paralysis in adduction can result dyspnea. The authors have previously described an original vocal lateralization technique performed exclusively through endoscopic approach. In this work, we studied long and short-term results of procedure on dyspnea, phonation, swallowing. Study Design Retrospective cohort study data from medical records operative notes. Patients with unilateral or bilateral who underwent transoral were included.
